Every week, CBBOV sales associates have access to free, in-office educational opportunities that enable the agents to enhance their knowledge of topics such as contracts, negotiation skills, and real estate technology.
Terry Bremer Allison, Company Support Manager, coordinates the classes for the CBBOV Business Academy and continuous Contract Training. She also serves as coach and consultant to CBBOV agents who seek assistance with their business planning and basic and advanced skills development.
Terry has extensive experience as a negotiator, mediator, and instructor. She’s a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law and holds certificates in basic and advanced mediation. In 2004, Terry earned the designation “Certified Home Marketing Specialist,” from Coldwell Banker University. She’s worked at Brokers of the Valley since 2003, first, as an agent assistant and then, as a licensed Sales Associate. Her community activities include service as a volunteer board member for “Bayberry, Inc.,” a non-profit organization that provides homes and independent living services for Napans who have developmental disabilities.
A native Californian, Terry and her husband, John, a retired British Army officer, have lived in England and Brunei. They settled in Napa in 1987. Their son, Andrew, is a college student; daughters Joanne and Fiona live and work in London, England.
