Bill Keller was most helpful in guiding me through the sale of my condo at Silverado Resort. I thought the sale would go through extremely quickly, and although it was fairly quick, there was some initial delay. Bill understood the current market and the influence of the listing of some other condos at the same time. He worked diligently to overcome the competition, had several open houses, and was able to find a good buyer without further delay. He was good at explaining everything to me, and provided a very comprehensive list of the time line in the sales process, listing what and when everything would be due. This gave me confidence and certainly helped guide me through the listing and ultimate sale.

Bill was very helpful in suggesting how to prepare our property for sale and for coordinating inspections. Our property sold quickly and at a great price. The whole process went smoothly.
